Mike is a multimedia designer offering design services for the web and print mediums. Based out of his busy home studio in Brantford, Ontario, Canada, Mike impresses a growing international client base consisting of web developers, advertising agencies, design studios, and publication companies.
At the core, Mike is an intuitive creative mind. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals using design. His business-approach to creativity and design result in distilled information and executed media that is both meaningful and relevant to the business and its consumers.
Web design: solid working knowledge with XHTML/CSS Web 2.0 standards compliant design Flash UI design; experience designing for integrated language and script platforms such as JS, JQuery, and Ajax.
Print design: experience in nearly all print media such as collateral (logos, stationery, brochures), publication (newspaper and magazine advertising, and publication design), and outdoor (billboard, bus shelter, signage).
Mike has had the opportunity to provide design services for some of North America's largest brands like Canadian Tire, Moneris, and Hbc, and conversely, on many local organizations like Hickory Dickory Decks, Beacon Hall Golf Club, and Tourism Haldimand (Town of Caledonia), to name a few. Experience with a mix of large and small organizations has provided Mike the ability to understand the unique needs of small business, the foresight for growing business, and what it takes to maintain or launch a brand, product or service for large business.
